Registration for the 2009 Contest has started! Registration
will end March 15th.
Online Registration Information
The registration process is done on line through a secure website. Registration is fast and secure. Our secure payment pages are encrypted and locked down behind a firewall. Your data cannot be viewed in transit to or from the servers. All personal and payment information is encrypted and stored on a secure server and all information will be destroyed after the contest. We do not sell or share your information.
Registration Fees are not refundable.
Registration Fees
2009 Registration fees will be as follows:
Junior Division $60
High School Division $70
Walking Division $75
Senior Division $80
Expert Division $125
RoboWaiter Only $ 30
Registration and payment will be done through a separate
website which will be posted on February 1.
Late registration will not be accepted. No refunds will be given.
Guidelines for Registration
The contest divisions will be open to the following numbers of robots: Junior
Division, 20 robots; High School, 50; Senior, 50; Expert, 10; and Walking
(walking, snake robots, etc.), 5. We will maintain a waiting list in any
division where registrations exceed these numbers.
We welcome a total of five robots from any single college, university,
corporation, national program, or regional contest program. The five robots may
be entered in the same contest division (Junior, High School, Senior, Expert,
Walking) or spread across the different divisions.
Slots may be reserved during the registration period without specifying the
names of robots or team members. However, this information must be received by
March 24, 2008. If not received by that date, slots will be reallocated to those
on the waiting list.
